Shipping

    • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer free shipping for all orders within the Continental United States.
    • How can I track my shipment?
    You will receive an email notification with tracking information when the order has been shipped. 
    Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at orders@everydayunique.com and we'll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
    • What is the estimated delivery time?
    Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, deliveries within the contiguous United States take around 3-5 business days, with a maximum of 10 business days for arrival but may take longer for some regions and delays due to weather conditions or other carrier delays. If you ordered multiple items, like accessories, some may arrive sooner than the others. If you have any questions about your order, please reach us at orders@everydayunique.com. 
    • Do you ship internationally?
    We exclusively ship within the United States.
    • What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please reach out to us at orders@everydayunique.com.
    • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to alter the address.
    • What happens if I miss my delivery?
    If you miss the delivery, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package, which may include rescheduling delivery or picking it up at a local facility. It's best to check with your specific carrier for their policies.
    • Do you offer free shipping?
    Absolutely, we offer free shipping on all of our orders.

    Returns

    • What is your return policy?
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    • How do I initiate a return?

    • Do I have to pay for return shipping?
    No, Returns come at no cost.
    • Can I return an item purchased on sale?
    Yes, items purchased on sale can be returned within the stipulated return period, as long as they meet our return conditions. Please note that final sale items, such as clearance or promotional items, may be excluded from the return policy.
    • How will I receive my refund?
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    • What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

    • Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
    Yes, you can request an exchange for an item within our return timeframe. Please indicate your desired item when submitting your return request, and we will process the exchange if the new item is available.
    • Do you offer free returns?
    Yes, All returns come at no cost to you and are completely free.
    • Can I return an item without the original packaging?
    While we encourage using the original packaging for returns, we understand that it may not always be possible. Please ensure that the item is well-protected for safe return transit. Returns without original packaging may be subject to additional scrutiny.
    • What if my return is late?
    If your return exceeds the 30-day return window, we may not be able to process your return. However, please reach out to us at orders@everydayunique.com, and we will review your situation individually.
