Why we use: Hyaluronic Acid Molecule is naturally found in our bodies and has the main function of capturing and retaining water. It contributes to the elasticity, firmness and general overall skin quality. Think of it as a magic sponge that retains water.
What makes it work: There are two molecular weights of Hyaluronic acid. We will refer to them as high molecular weight and low molecular weight. ABBI Hyaluronic Acid Serum contains both weights.
So, what do they do as they work in combination? The High molecular weight molecule is too large to penetrate the skin surface deeply and it contributes to surfacehydration and reduces skin inflammation. It forms a moisturizing protecting barrier and reduces moisture loss resulting in smoother and softer skin.
The Low molecular weight molecule is small enough to penetrate the skin barrier and go deep to stimulate collagen and hyaluronic acid production. With consistent use, this gradually improves skin hydration, elasticity and firmness, and wrinkles.
HOW to use: All skin types!! This serum is applied topically after cleansing and while the skin is still a little damp. Tap a few drops from the dispenser and gently press locally where you feel you need hydration... (especially on wrinkles 😊) With consistent application, you will see results. Your skin will feel better, too.
